Appt.

I awoke this morning and brushhed,and prewashed.And headed off to school.I signed out of school at about 12:18 and got picked up at about 12:21.Then I was on my way to my appt.I entered the office at about 1:05 as my appt was at 1:10 and I signed in, I was the second one to be called in. I sat in the chair and she took out my wire and asked me if I wanted to floss and brush. I then said yeah, so I went to do that.And,The automatic water was kind of giving me a hard time.Lol!Anyways I went back into the room and she pput, a spring so that the tooth could come forward or something like that and then she put something at the roof of my mouth?I asked her whats this thing at the top of my mouth and she said something about my molars?Anyways she told me to go rinse, so I did.I went back and she asked me what colors I wanted as she showed me the color wheel I said, "I was thinking red,black,red,black.."and the she said ok.But when I was finished I looked in the mirror and the red looked orange?So now it looks like I have halloween colors in my mouth.I left the office later, and went to subway, and got a turkey sub with hott peppers,oil,mayo,cheese,lettuce,olives,italian bread etc.. And I ate half in the car and will have the other half for lunch tomorrow.Oh and I washed it all down with a minutemaid apple juice?And I went to the mall after and got an obama shirt, some kanyewest glasses.Next appt is on March 16 @ 4:30.

Spring

10 weeks.

Whatever thats called it bothers me.

Buiscuts.

I awoke this morning without issues brushed,prewaashh.I ate about 3 busicuts this morning.
Around lunchtime I had cookiedough Ice cream, and it was goood especcially the dough.
Dinner was late today and I had liek 2 hott sausages yumm:p.I flossed,Brushed,prewashed and did extra good as of my appt. tomorrow at 1:10 which means I have to leave school madd early!

No flossing at all.

This morning I brushed and pre mouthwashed,ughhhh still no after mouthwash!
Dinner was pop eyes:)- I had Fried Chicken,Coldslaw,MashedPotatoes.
And I went to a partyy and it was off the hook, it was a dance partyy pretty fun:) I had a lot of soda though.I pre mouthwashed and brushed before bed.

No issues todayy.

Well today i awoke at around 11:ish and I prewashed and brushed, and ate pizza and wings yummmm:p.Anyways I justt realized I forgot to get after washh.I will have to do that asap.Toniiightt I will brush and pre mouthwash and floss around a couple of teeth mostly the ones that need mostt work, because I dont have time.

No more after mouthwash

This morning; I woke up kinda early and premouthwashed,brushed, after mouthwash.But then I realized that I had no more after mouth wash so I will skip aftermouthwash tonight and get some tomorrow.

I ate some rice and shrimp mixed together this morning and some of the shrimp got stuck into my teeeth so I had use my tongue to get it outt.

For Dinner I ate pizza and wings yummmm:p Chicken was crispy just how I liked it, but it got stuck in my teeth. I will floss before bedd tonightt as well as premouthwash and brush:)

9 1/2 weeks.

Well, It is week 9 1/2 since I've had braces.And My right canine has moved up quite a bitt from before I had braces. This morning I pre mouthwashed brushed then after mouthwash.Tonight I will repeatt the same thing and floss:) I was supposed to go today to have my adjustment but mother cancelled appt. because of the weather so now I will have to go on Monday at 1:10. I think when I go for my first adjustment since I've had my braces I will change my ligature colors from blue on top and black on bottom to...Red,Black checkered on the top and Black,Red checkered on the bottom.
